Skrill as a Payment Method

Hello,

I understand that Skrill was added to SL in order to add more payment methods to LL. Would one have the ability with Skrill to use a prepaid gift card on an account not connected to a bank account/credit card?

You'll have to ask the Skrill people to find out what they will accept.  As far as Linden Lab is concerned, you have to verify the account with a credit card or a bank account so they know that there's a way to track you down if you don't pay your bill.  It's up to Skrill or PayPal to decide whether you can pay them from some other funding source.
