Problems on Login

I have a NEW avatar .. HappyGeauxLucky.. the avatar will not  after many attempts.. rezz.. it continues as a cloud.. how do I fix this?

It is most likely missing some essential part, Check to be sure everything you need is actually there. I had that happen to me once, and I don't recall what was missing, shape, skin, something, and when i added it I poofed right into place.
