Walking animations can only be either the default one or one that are using to override the default in an AO or sometimes in shoes or other attachments.

Remove all your attachments(& HUDS)  and replace them one by one until you find the one with the anim you don`t like and then you can remove the anim from it.

Vista should give you a 'hud' like panel when you wear.  Turn it on by cicking on it.

As a side note: I love the 'funny' walk.  I even use it in RL.
