Why can't I change my content rating?

Hello,

I can't change my content rating. Basically it can be summed up in one pic

I ran two accounts side by side. Both accounts were created on the same day. I am 18+. 

Left side (my alt):

- No payment info on file

- Can select different access to content rating

 

Right side (my main): 

- Has payment info on file, even owns a store on Marketplace.

- Unable to select content rating (can't click on the tab and there's no dropdown box)

 

So my question is how can I change it so my main account can access M and A sims?

Submit a support case and ask Linden Lab to review the account settings.  They will probably ask you to provide a copy of some sort of document to prove your RL age.  When that's done, you should be able to set your maturity preferences.
