When you sell L$ in the LindeX, the money goes into the USD balance in your SL account.  If you want to transfer it to your PayPal account, you must request a credit transfer.  Read https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Account-balance/ta-p/700015#Section_.2.2

 After you request a credit transfer, the transfer to your PayPal account usually takes up to 5 busines days.
