When will I be able buy Linden Dollars again it not letting me now? I hope banned buying Linden Dollers from you.

Since you are a new resident you are restricted as to how many $L's you can buy.  This is to prevent people from Money Laundering by creating a new avatar, buying a lot of $L's and then selling them right away.

This page linked to below shows the limits and when and how much you can buy.  Note that the first day is not the day you created your account, but the first day you bought $L's.
