Vita Mesh body question

I am not new to SL but new to mesh bodies. I found the Vita mesh body and the skin to go with it. Both sold seprate. I also found a few outfits spacificly made for that body. Now that I have on the special clothing for it, the parts where it sould show skin only shows black fill in. If I remove the upper and lowere applier that came with the body, it shows skin and no cloths. My question is how do i get rid of the black parts in order to show skin and still show the cloths?

I have not heard about Vita mesh body, but perhaps you mean Vika?

I don't have that body, it is not as popular as Maitreya, Belleza and Slink. So I can't help, but have you tried to join a group - I assume there is a group for users. It's also a blog and at least one youtube video. Assuming that it's Vika body you mean.
