0 Rolig Loon
The most common reason is that they really are attaching, but they are outside of your screen's field of view. To see if that's the problem, try attaching anything at all ( a prim cube, maybe) to the center HUD attachment point. Then, select it with your editor and use the mouse wheel to scroll out. You'll see a colored outline of your screen get smaller as you do that, and you ought to see any attached HUDs outside that line. So, grab each of them with your editor and drag it back inside the lines. Scroll the screeen limits back to normal size and your HUDs will be visible. There are other possibilities too. For example, many HUDs are very thin or are transparent unless you are looking straight at them. If yours have been rotated, they may be very hard to see. Also, many designers will make HUDs so that they can be minimized to free up screen space when you don't want them in the way. The minimized form may be a very small icon -- easy to miss unless you know what you are looking for.
