Account alternative and current account together? It's possible?

People, a question:
I'm thinking of creating another account (male), but without rid of the current. It works? Can I use for a firestorm and the SL viewer to another? I have only one PC. How would my present world to the new (including Lindens, HUDs and inventory objects)?

Yes, you can certainly do it.  In fact, I think it would be hard to find many experienced SL residents who do not have at least two accounts.  Your second, third, fourth... accounts are called "alts".  Take a look here >>> http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Alt_Account_FAQ.  Every account that you own is unique and separate from others, so you cannot share any assets between accounts unless they have the same transfer perms that would allow you to share them with a perfect stranger.  You will find many advantages to having an alt, many of which I am sure you can imagine with no difficulty.  Others may only become obvious when you have been in SL for a while.
