i don't completely understand what you mean that you upgraded your account, after telling you are premium.

 

Premium stipends are paid every tuesday, check your L$ tranaction history at your accountpage if you received that.

(just to add, the 1000L sign up will be payd after 45 days if you'r still premium by that time)

 

If you are sure you didn't get anything, contact support, we here are all residents as you to try giving solutions/advice for the things you dont need official support.
