i paid for game for a month but cant get in what do i do

You can come back here and post exactly what happens when you try to get in, and any messages you receive.  Also post your computer specs.  Go to Help on the viewer menu, and then to About.  Copy and paste all of them here.

First of all, you do NOT need to pay money to get full access to Second Life.  A Basic account is free.

You can't get a refund, but I suggest that you cancel your Premium account, so that you won't be automatically billed again next month.  See this link:  https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Premium-membership/ta-p/1054477#Section_.7.2
