Is it possible to get Linden to make the water deeper around our land?

we have water access but the linden water surrounding our land is too shallow for a boat, is it possible for linden to deepen the water around us.

I assume that you're on the Mainland, because you could do that yourself on a private estate.  Submit a request with a support case, being very specific about exactly where you think that the water should be deeper, and why.  Be sure that the area you are referring to is on Protected Land, not privately owned. Ask them to have LDPW take a look and see what's possible.  If they can do it without disturbing other features of the region, you might get lucky.
