Recover account just recently terminated

How can I recover the former  account which was recently terminated?  The request was submitted last year and was told that I have to wait for it to finish the one year period .  The one year  I think is at this time.  At first I thought the password was just corrupted but after successful changed, it referred me to a site but not anymore existing.  Please help.  -  Sookie Jaynesford

What do you mean by 'terminated'?  Did you cancel the account or were you banned?  I assume it is your account?  You cannot ask on behalf of a friend.  They would need to contact Linden Lab themselves.

If it was put on hold for a year by LL, you will need to contact support.

Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ make sure you are not logged in ANY account & submit the ticket using the email address of the account in question.
