Is there a way to block all gifts from marketplace?

She could try muting her admirer. I'm not sure whether that would work, but it's the only way I can think of. It would certainly block the harrassing messages, as long as she doesn't respond.

Thanks for the answer, she can mute him and that keeps local and IMs but he sends MP gift freebies with notes attached, and like 20-30 a day, muting doesnt stop those.

I was afraid of that.  In that case, all she can do it exactly what she would do in RL --- toss them in the trash as soon as they arrive and don't encourage him by acknowledging the gifts.  Sooner or later, he will get tired and move on.
