posting in upcoming events question

Wanting to advertize an event,in Upcoming Events, how do I go about doing so, and what cost is there?

It's free.  You go to your dashboard and to the events section.  You'll see a link to post a new event.  You at first will see a screen that tells you the rules.  Read it carefully.  Then when you agree, you'll be taken to a form to fill out.
