Moderate Maturity Rating issues

I've only had this for a day, but I can't go anywhere because it won't allow me out of general rating and I don't have a dropdown menu in my dashboard. How can I have moderate maturity rating?

Well if you are under 18 year of age, you can't.  If you are over 18, did you fill in your personal data correctly when you signed up?

If you are over 18 you can fill in payment info on your account and that will make you Account Verified, you will then be able to change your maturity rating in preferences.

The other option is Age Verification, you can find a link to that on the left of your dashboard in the Account Section, but there are very few places that require age verification, you can get by with just account verification.

If the birthdate that you entered during account setup indicates that you're an adult, you should be able to access moderate regions without age verification. If it doesn't work for you, you should file a support ticket, because age verification will probably not work either if the system thinks that you're a teenager.
