non delivery of purchased item

If this purchase was made inworld, craft a polite notecard with the transaction information and request re-delivery of the item.  Do not send IMs as it is possible the creator will not receive them (they get capped).  Be sure to check the profile of the creator to see if you should send the notecard to them or to someone else they have designated for customer service.  This information is generally found in their Picks tab of the profile.

Be persistent, but be polite.  My experience is that the vast majority of creators will be happy to help you.
