RETRIEVING FOLDERS THAT HAVE BEEN DELETED

I JUST DELETED MY LINGERIE FOLDER IN THE TRASH BY ACCIDENT..... THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I DELETED WHOLE FOLDERS.... I HAVE  DELETED A BDSM FOLDER AND A FURNITURE FOLDER WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.... IT'S GETTING EXPENSIVE.. HOW CAN I GET THESE FOLDERS BACK FROM THE TRASH.... PLEASE HELP ME
