All my newly rezzed prims are phantom, when i rez them on my land...Three days now. Help please

I re-sized a floor on one of my builds. It went phantom, along with half the build. Now everything i try to build is phantom.. I've tried a lot of options to fix it, but nothing changes. I changed viewer, returned non-group items. removed everything that was rezzed that day.. Had someone over to try and fix it, and their items rez as phantom too.

I went to a sandbox and rezzed a box. That was fine. so it's only on my parcel......

If i return all objects, it wont solve the problem, if it happens again

Can anyone suggest why this is happening and how do i rectify?

Have the estate owner restart the sim.  If it's mainland file a ticket.

Amethyst is correct.  Your region may have been set to turn off the normal physics of prims.  I know of a place that did this deliberately once, to negate the effects of a griefing attack.  We were wading through phantom builds for about four days until the problem got sorted.
