Welcome (almost) to Second Life, Nash!

You haven't told us enough to offer much help. Have you downloaded and installed the Sl Viewer? There's a link to it at the bottom of this webpage labeled "Download Second Life". If you have done that, and you're unable to log in using the same username and password you used to log into your web account, come back to your question and edit it (via "Options" over there on the right) to tell us how far you got and what, if any, error messages you saw.

Please edit your question with some additional information.

"Its not letting me" is not very detailed and gives us no chance to know what is causing you problems. How is what not letting you log in?
