several times I bought L with the same card , but the last time I try to balance my card was charged but has been almost 5 days and L have not yet arrived, and tried to remove and put the card back , even paying an L , just put me off my dollars and not give me the L .

First of all, LL does not accept debit or prepaid cards, only actual major CREDIT CARDS.  This is the most common cause of problems when trying to buy $L.  It may fail even if it has worked in the past.

If there's been a charge on your card, but you haven't received your $L, you need to call Billing at one of the numbers below.
