contact your bank and report issue to try take your money back should be you first piority. and gather evidenced to sued company later.

same problem as before I paid wth my credit card. not get L$ but still take my money 30$ in total. contact support and still not get any reply back yet. (long distance number is not work)(it 1 week after contact already.) the remain question is.... how long should i wait?....before ask how to sued company from outside USA.

I try to buy L$ for a couple of day till today. today after i check unscheduled billing maintenance they said it already fix. [RESOLVED 1:42 PM PST, 30 July 2016] The unscheduled billing maintenance is now complete so i try to buy again today. at (5:00 PM PST) when try to buy used paypal it show me " There was a problem charging your payment method.don't get L$ but don't get charging either. it also happen ,when i try with credit card. my account got charging but don't get L$ !! it show There was a problem charging your payment method.too. anyone can help me in this?
