Can billing renewal dates for premium membership be revised or altered, to prevent payment denials?

you can not pay your renewals yourself, it is done automaticly by LL, as you agreed during subscribing.

You have to be sure your billing method is active and holden enough funds all the time a payment is due.

Dates can not be changed unless you unsubscribe and subscribe again on a more suitable date, but in this case my second line still will be valid
