transaction not updated

I bought yesterday 28.07.2016 L$ and so far and my account is not updated  , i was to ask the bank and they say to me that my money was already stored ... what happens?

have a look at some other recent questions about L$

 

check if you did a market buy or limit buy, if you did the last you have to look at the chosen exchange rate.

Limit buy orders nearly never fill the moment you place it, and depending on the exchange rate, it might even not fill in a long time.

 

You can cancel a pending limit buy at your order history ( click manage button next to the buy button)

 

If you did a market buy order it normally fills directly. If you did that, and not got your money contact billing support.

 

btw.. you can not buy directly from your bank, only by 3rd party as paypal/skrill and Credit cards. If you tried another payment method that might have failed.
