I want to live chat with a Linden representative, how do i do that?

If you are a Premium member, click the Help link at the top of this page  (or https://support.secondlife.com/contact-support/) and then Contact Support in the Premium Support box on the right side.

Please note that phone and chat support will be offline this coming Monday, July 4th, so that team members can spend Independance Day, the 4th of July holiday with their friends and family. Both services will close at 9:00pm PDT Sunday evening and will re-open at 8:00am PDT on Tuesday morning.
