Trate de usar un navegador web diferente o borrar la memoria caché de su navegador web. No hay ningún problema ahora con el sitio web de soporte.

Todo el soporte telefónico está en Inglés, y no hay ningún número de teléfono correspondiente a su país. Si usted tiene Skype, puede guardar una parte del costo para llamar +01 703-286-6277
