Can I get a higher prim limit for my Linden Home?

No.  Just like everywhere else in SL, your prim allowance is proportional to the size of your parcel.  The only way to get a higher allowance is to buy more land -- and that's not possible in Linden Homes regions.  You are already getting a pretty good deal, BTW.  Your Linden Home does not count against the prim allowance on that parcel, so you get to use the entire 117 prim allowance for decorating.  If you bought a 512 sq m parcel of your own -- instead of renting a Linden Home -- you'd have to use part of its 117 prims for building a house.  Wherever you live in SL, then, one important strategy is to buy wisely.  When you shop for furniture and other furnishings, pay close attention to the L.I. of every item.  Don't buy a 10 L.I. sofa when a 2 L.I. one will work just as well, and avoid buying a 35 prim bunch of roses for the table.
