If it follows you even if you teleport to another region, then you are wearing an object that displays the text. Detach all objects that you are wearing, one at a time, until it disappears.  Once you know what it was, delete it from your inventory.

If it doesn't follow you when you teleport, then it's a follower.  You ought to be able to detect it by highlighting transparent objects (CTRL + Alt +T). You'll have to locate the rezzer that it spawning a new one each time you enter the area.  If it's on your own land, that's easy.  Open World >>> About Land >>> Objects and refresh the panel that lists who owns everything on your land.  If you find something that's not yours, return it.  Then be sure that you set the Options tab in About land so that Everybody is not allowed to create objects on your land or bring objects onto it.

If the follower is not on your own land, all you can do is right click to Edit it and see who its owner are.  Then use Build >>> Pathfinding >> Linksets to look for other objedcts with the same owner, probably a rezzer with a similar name.  If you can't return it yourself, ask the region owner to do it.
