I am not happy with my neighbors they have a mass off roses coming out their roof over and over,  now there is some kind of screen above the house that says aesthetics, this distracts from the view. Not sure how to move to a new linden house. Any help would be appreciated.

at first, report them.

 You can walk around what is available, but L homes are given out randomly, you can not just pick one you see.

you can pick up your items, abandon the house ( button in the about land window)

and after that pick a new L home at the accountpage.

You can do this up to 5 times a day, and have to wait 24 hours for next change.

Lydia, you can most definitely submit an Abuse Report on this as it is breach of the Linden Home Covenant. This should include a photo of the issue and details of how unsightly and annoying it is from your perspective. Linden Lab respond very quickly to such abuses in the Linden Home areas and you should see it dealt with within a few days. I've had to do this on a number of occasions, the fastest response was 8 hours, the slowest about a week. They do not of course disclose who submitted the abuse report.
