Hi Shhy,

There are no group settings "for" the website because there are no web groups. I'll guess you're asking if you can manage your in-world group settings "via" the website/dashboard. Unfortunately you can not. Although you may view your groups and picks via my.secondlife.com, management must be done via the viewer.
