Is there a way to see "about land" tab without being on the land? I have someone say that they can see my ban list for sim and info for sim. I own the whole sim and it is a stand alone. I know its not someone telling them. How are they seeing my about land info?

My tier date is on the 9th of the month. What would be the best time to up my tier? Should I wait until after the 9th? Also is there a way to move land between groups without upping my tier?

I have read profiles of people who buy land in SL, that read like this,"To sell to me set my name under the "sell to a specific person" option and I will pick it up when I log in to check several times a day". They don't say anything about sending an IM or note card to them. How do they find the land that is set to sell to them?

This is driving me crazy! I have water front land that is just landscaped. Some how the new neighbors keep returning my plants that are between my land and their land ,so they can see the water. I know that the landscape was only on my land..i made sure of it. But, once again I log on and my plants are gone. How are they doing this?

What are the mainland Continents? I been trying to find a list with regions and Continents, but information is not easy to find.. I know some of my land is on Atoll, but i have no idea of the rest.

You can rent a homestead and deed it to group just like mainland. On mainland under about land---> Covenant it has "nobody " as owner, even though you supposedly own it. Renting a homestead is the same will have you or group as owner under General tad, but true owner under Covenant tab.

What mainland regions are themed? Is there an advantage to a themed sim?

Well that whould make sense, but this is what im seeing. Example One. You hold 512 sqm of land -- or donate 512 sqm of tier to a group. Your Monthly Land Use Fee is US$0. You will need to buy the land, however. Example Two. You hold 1024 sqm of land and donate 512 sqm to a group. Subtract your 512 sqm bonus lease. So if I'm getting a 512 credit on a 1024, I would pay $5 a month for a 1024? If I'm getting a 512 credit that would mean I'm only paying for a 512 which is $5 a month not $8.

According to SL as a premium account holder I can get a 512 parcel for 0 a month. At 512 normally cost $5 a month. But if I want to double it to a 1024 I would have to pay $8 a month? The price of 1024 is normally $8 a month and I have a 512 credit which is normally $5 a month why am I not paying $3 a month for the 1024?
