Why is my mesh creation doing this?

Its suppot to look like the picture on the left, but when you look at it from a different angle it looks like the picture on the right?

You have a bad set of LOD models, and your low LOD versions are switching while you are still very close to the model. If you make your own LODs instead of letting the uploader calculate them, you can almost certainly do better than that, possibly at the cost of some land impact.
