I have an account, how do I login to the virtual world?

I cannot remember how to login to the virtual world as my avatar, can you help?

If you have downloaded and installed a SL viewer, all you have to do is click on the icon on your desktop, just like launching any other application.

Then, when you get in world, take time to visit Caledon Oxbridge University or NCI (both of which you can find with your search function) and work through some of their self-paced tutorials.
