Question

will i be able to play second life with windows 10 64-bit intel core i5-6200 cpu @ 2.30 ghz, 8.0 gb ram and intel hd graphics 520? if so, what settings should my graphics be? i just got this laptop a month ago and at first, i seemed to have no issues but now the viewer is acting all weird and stuff. i've been using the firestorm viewer and the second life viewer and getting the same reaction.  the viewer starts flashing and going in and out and then crashes. any help would be greatly appreciated.

That is an absolute YES for everything even with the "Intel HD 520" graphics chip set.

However, plan on getting at best mid level 3D graphics performance.

Also make sure that you keep all vent coverings clear as SL will heat up your laptop and demand high performance from it.

Possible fixes to your GPU overheating issue:

1) Select one lower graphics performance level.

2) Blow out all vent pathways with canned air;

3) Install an OpenSource System monitor to check the temnpetures inside your laptop.

Pay special attention to GPU temps.
