I currently own mainland and have deeded it to my group. I would like to revert ownership back to myself. Can someone give me tips on how to do that? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Mousey i have tried to sell the land back to myself but i am getting a message saying that my monthly tier will increase to $103 a month. I think I might need to undonate the land from the group. I am not sure how to do this either.

thank you to everyone who replied to my post. i am not a new resident, just new to buying and selling land. i have owned land in the past but never paid attention to billing cycles. ive sold land in the past as well as abandoned land just dump it. again, never paying attention to billing cycles. now a budget is being worked out to see how long this land could be held and when i will be billed for it again. i now understand how the billing cycle works. once again, thanks everyone.

I am not sure this is the correct place to ask this but here goes. I have some mainland that I would like to sell. I would like to sell it before I get charged for my next tier. My tier is due sometime next month. How soon do I have to sell or will I be charged next month?

its great that the buckets started working again, after i went to work. i am very disappointed that with the broken buckets and a busy RL, that i wasnt able to collect more than i did. especially being 9 months pregnant and my son being born on the 28th, after 12 hours of labor. i think this should have been extended to make up for the days the buckets were broken. just sayin.

I'm a little late to the stilt party as I am just now looking at this thread. The arched wall, I've seen it in many pictures, is this something you created or did you buy it somewhere? I would really really love to have it for my Havana. Any info on it would be greatly appreciated.

if you have premium membership, you get a home included with your membership. The yearly fee is the cheapest way to go. If you can afford to pay for a year, thats the best way. Otherwise you can pay monthly or I do believe quarterly. The homes on Bellisseria are beautiful and there are many different options to choose from. You shouldnt be afraid to ask questions here. I have only my home in Belli. It's where I live and love. I met my bf in Belli and cannot imagine living anywhere else. He also has a home and we spend time between both of our homes. We currently live in log houses but I think he wants to get a stilt when they are released. That way, we will have two different homes to live in.

these are hysterical. my kitten is a climber and a jumper. she would knock the star off the one hanging upside down. shes a menace.

In RL, I also have a kitten that loves to climb. There is no way in hell that I am putting up a Christmas tree this year. My daughter and I are going to try a small, table top tree and see how she does with that. I probably will decorate a bit in SL, as it will probably be the only place I will decorate.

have they said if we were going to get decorations in our mailboxes like we did last year? id love to have some lights for my log house.

i am so up in the air about switching to one of the evolution heads. i currently use cate and love the look i gave her. i modified her to my liking and i am afraid that i wont be able to duplicate or get a new head made as close as possible. oh what to do!

i am using the slink physique body and lelutka cate head. the skin i am wearing is 7 deadly skins. i am, however, thinking of changing to the legacy perky. its a bit pricey so i havent decided yet.

i bought these chairs. sometimes i hate reading these threads. they make me spend lindens.

I've lived in Florida since the early 70's and stilt houses are nothing new here. In Biscayne Bay, in Miami, there is or used to be a place called Stiltsville. All the houses were built on stilts and you could only access them by boat. my house in possum place has steps too. they arent as nice as some of the others but i like them.
