Hi, my profile states that it's UNAVAILABLE. How can I change it to available so I can Edit it?

I left SL for a few years, but came back, and I can't view or Edit my profile. It says it's unavailable. Please let me know what I can do to change it.

You can expect to have some problems using an account that has been inactive for a very long time.  If you haven't logged in for a few years, it's possible that SL didn't have web profiles yet, so yours is still formatted for the old system. Submit a support case asking Linden Lab to help sort this one out.
