i was able to access gamming areas with my free account until just this week

i verified my age status some time ago when new laws came into affect about gamboling/gamming. I created an account, free, to be able to go into casinos and game places to play zingo etc. Just this week i have been denied access into these restricted areas. Why? and what do i do to be able to access all areas again?

If your payment information has changed recently, that could be the problem.  Even if it hasn't, it can sometimes help if you delete your payment information and re-enter it.  If that doesn't work, then submit a support case.
