How do I adjust the size of my avatars knees? They don't get bigger when I up the leg muscles.

Knees are not adjustable, at least not on the standard avatar.  In  9 years, I think this is the first time I have ever heard from anyone who has thought about adjusting them.  That's not to say that someone hasn't wondered, or that some mesh designer hasn't done it, but it's not a highly sought-after avatar feature.
