How do I adjust the size of my avatars knees? They don't get bigger when I up the leg muscles.

I have tried everything to fix the knees on my avatar. They look too skinny compared to the rest of the body. Any tips appresciated.

Knees are not adjustable, at least not on the standard avatar.  In  9 years, I think this is the first time I have ever heard from anyone who has thought about adjusting them.  That's not to say that someone hasn't wondered, or that some mesh designer hasn't done it, but it's not a highly sought-after avatar feature.
