I'm technologically confused...

Hi I'm hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.  A couple of days ago I logged in and found the writing in my inventory and chat box were incredibly tiny, so much so it hurt to try reading it. I've look through Firestorm to see if I could find an answer there but have come up empty handed. I've gone through preferences very carefully but cannot see anything that looks relevant. So if someone has an answer I would be very grateful for your help.
