you can point your friend to marketplace for clothing templates.. in mesh or systemlayers.

It won't be very original though... it will perhaps be a idea to learn how to create the mesh yourself in a program so yo have original work and not only a duplicator...

 

For tattoos it's even a lot easier... google... and create it yourself in gimp of another program that can make transparants.

Together with the free LL body templates you can position the tattoos on the right place.

For applying these to mesh bodies, you can get, mostly, free developer sets at the creators store.

To be sre your tattoos work, you might need the mesh body too... if you go for several brands that can become a pricey start.
