unable to log into second life internal server error.....Help me nothing has fixed this issue yet

Someone help me please I keep trying to log into second life on different computers and using different accounts and i keep getting the same message "unable to connect to second life, internal server error. But I can log on my alt now all of the sudden. I was not wearing a group tag when i last logged out and I have tried to change my location of where i log in at and nothing. Please help me

 

UPDATE i was able to log in for a second on my alt.....but now i cant log in on her at all and i get the same server error message as mentioned above

 

Reply becuase i cant figure out how to reply to any posts...that did not help me as well...i have tried all the mentioned things. I just downloaded a new viewer too that didnt help and i changed my password as well...that also did not help
