an avatar i made a year ago seems to have been deactivated. how do i get it back?

I have....or had....4 avatars, only 3 left i can log into. one i made a year ago seems to have been deactivated. I cant find him in search or anything, yet his profile still comes up when i open it from my friends list. 

Why is it gone and how do i get it back?????

It may have been deleted if the account was Premium and your payment method lapsed.  Or you, or someone who got access to your account, committed serious Terms of Service violations.

You can file a Support Case with LL to find out what happened.
