Can I give up my Linden home without loosing my Premium account?

I want to buy a 1536 plot. I own 1224 that I plan to sell and replace it with the 1536. I don't use my Linden house so I want to give it up and keep my expandetures the same. Would I loose what I have coming in my Premium account since I paid a year in advance?

Hi Jackie,

You will not lose your premium membership when you give up your Linden Home. Rather than receiving the free home on its 512 meter plot, you'll now receive your first 512m2 of mainland free. If you're already paying for 1224m2 in addition to your Linden Home, the free 512m2 of tier will cover the difference as you step up to 1536. I think you'll actually save money, as your 1224m2 plot puts you in the 2048m2 tier. Your 1536 plot, minus your 512 free tier when you abandon your home, leaves you at 1024m2. That's one tier below where you are right now and should save you US$7 a month.
