Billing , Not able to buy linden ?

Im unable to buy Linden even after the billing update, is the update still in effect? both my card and paypal isnt working, when they usually are. I tried taking my card off, Readding, I even tried paying for other little things on a different site to see if my card is working and paypal and it was fine.  Its just not working on Secondlife anymore, I buy linden through the Linden Exchange *Lindex* I noticed the billing update went through on monday and ended on Monday yet I still cant buy Linden.  Anyone else having this problem?
