Problem in linden purchasing

I've recharged my credit card and then I've tried to purchase lindens in Firestorm Viewer.

It does not working. I've checked the Account history of my account and I've seen this:

Payment - Declined
LindeX Currency Buy - order_id=xxxxxx - Failed

 

In my credit card transaction history I see that money is no more available, but there is no transaction.

My credit card is a VISA and it was used last time in October.

 

Any suggestion?

you most likely mean you reloaded your DEBIT card or PRE paid card?

 

huge chance it's simply not accepted anymore, there has been a change of comapny handling the LL payments, you have to stick to real credit cards, paypal or skrill.

I have the same problem, I've tried both in viewer and on the webpage. Neither works. Mines not prepaid, it's an actual visa card but I get the same message
