how do I get my basic body back.....it disappeared when changing clothes..?

Don't panic.  You may have taken off most of your clothes, but you forgot to take off the alpha layer that was under all of them.  The alpha layer is there to keep your lovely body from poking through outer layers of clothing at embarrassing moments.  Look through the folder that has the clothing you were just wearing.   The alpha layer is there.  Detach it.

You can also find other things you are wearing by typing (wear  -- without the right parenthesis -- in the search box in your inventory.
