I'm trying to change my Linden home as I'm a premium member and I'm not able to.

It's very easy:

1.  Stand in your home

2. Pick up all your things, one at a time, and put them back in inventory

3.  Open World >>> About Land >>> General

4.  Click Abandon Land

5.  Register for a new Linden Home

You can do those steps up to 5 times a day if you wish.
