Suddenly it's impossible to play

Please, I need help (Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place). Two days ago SL was running normally, but now for some reason it's extremely slow.

I can see my avatar and the surroundings but every command is so slow that it's impossible to play, even when I just want my av to walk, she doesn't move and when she finally does, the game usually crashes.

I've already tried to uninstall and install back and I've also cleared the cache. There's nothing different in my computer, so I don't know what can be happening.

What should I do?

instead of reinstall and clearing cache you should reset your connection.

Empty your saved textures will make it even worse.

 

check your connection by http://tucson.speedtest.net/

what you encounter is mostly caused by a bad connection, shut down your machine, router/modem.

Restart Router/modem

wait a few minutes till everything is up again,

than restart your machine.

If it still isn't gone, you have to check if your connection is stable. Speed isn't the only thing that can disturb your SL.
