It "only" applies to rigged meshes, to make sure they aren't weighted to any attachment point. This has never been officially supported by Linden Lab, and now they are blocking new uploads which use this "hack".

It applies only to new uploads, existing mesh rigs will continue to work.

I don't know exactly why they are blocking it now, though.

More information can be found there I guess.

(I haven't followed this closely, since I don't do mesh rigs much, and less than never weighted to attachment points.)

As far as I know the new serveride upload validating only blocks mesh rigged to unknown joints or animations referencing unknown joints.

Uploading mesh rigged to attachment points still works just fine.

The error message shown the OP's image is a different message to the one you get on the LL viewer when attempting to upload a mesh rigged to an unknown joint though, so I'm not sure.

Seems it's getting upset because your joint is called Torso and not mTorso maybe?
