It's possible, but it will be a lot of work.  You'd have to make a mesh replica of your avatar, and that would take a great deal of skill and time in Blender or another 3D modeling application.

It would be a lot easier, if wasteful of power and bandwidth, to just leave yourselves logged in, sitting around the house.
